Niranjan Kriya is a very simple, subtle, and effective meditation technique. It can be practised by any individual.
The technique is simple to use. One time you can go with the video. Next time just jack in with an ear plug and you will find any issue which is bringing disturbance to the mind will start to resolve.
The first benefit of the very first practice one can feel calmness and clarity with a relaxed mind and body. With consistent practice, you will start to learn how to control your mind and be a friend of your tamed mind.
The practice in experience not only resolves common day-to-day stress, anxiety, fear, indecisiveness etc. but also paves the foundation for aspirants looking for enlightenment.
This course is a live video recording of practice with Dr Pavel. This technique will work universally for all humans bringing mental fitness. There are common questions about meditation practice which is helpful for beginners as well as brush-up for experts. If you come up with a new query or want to have guidance about your experiences with meditation you are welcome to write or meet virtually. The recordings are kept for other practitioners to learn with your feedback. If you have a personal question and do not want to make it public ask the conversation to be put off the record during the meeting.
