Overview
EVERY FRIDAY 7.00 AM (+5.30GMT)
This course is for the Yoga Professionals and assumes that you have already basic knowledge of Yoga (viz.200 Hrs TTC/certified professional in Body Therapy).
The course will have a quick review of previously learned 200ttc. Then after, it will advance the practice and knowledge in four areas:
1. Advancing Asans with a systematic progression.
2. Advancing Pranayam and meditation at subtle level.
3. Undrstanding deeper level of philosophy and its practical application to complete health.
4. Teaching skills for advance students.
