Rejuvenation ante ageing group course is easy and effective. Every individual's need is considered and advised if there is any health-related issue already there.
The course begins with introduction with a structure. And if a new aspirant joins in the middle may have extra time to come up in harmony with the group.

The common elements of sickness which is emerging with the modern lifestyle such as extra use of laptop, mobile, environmental pollution, psychological pressure of insecurities etc. These common elements are like neck and shoulder issue, knee issues, mild/casual insomnia, worry, anxiety in decision making, lack of creativity etc. are taken care of while learning the REJUVENATION ANTE AGEING TECHNIQUES.

Each session is cpmplete in itself and have lifetime insight change and the comlete course is structured in 24 sessions including the introductory one. For permanent change we can only respect and surrender to the law of physiology as it canges synchronised with the time of planetry movements.
